This policy applies to all digital products purchased through this Website, including the Rebuilding Sacred Intimacy workbook and any companion resources.
Because our products are digital, there is nothing to return or ship. You keep any files you’ve already downloaded.
How to request a refund
Email support@rebuildingsacredintimacy.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order.
You do not need to explain your reason.
Timing
The 30-day period runs from your purchase date, not your download date.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days. If you don’t see it after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us and we’ll follow up.
